Captain’s gone…nuff said…except for the part where Peter, Paul, and Mary sing about playing around, would never happen in a billion years ‘cos he’d be dead and I’d be someone’s little girlfriend in the big house.

    • Right, I think we’re on the same page with that one! The first few days and the last few days are always the most difficult for missing.

      • Had a “First” tonight–first time the Chief was ever home when I had a car accident (I have had many–look for the post on that tomorrow). He deserves Sainthood and I may not let him go back to work in December … but I like to eat.

      • I am sure he is true only to you because of your wonderful sense of humour and good looks and a million other attributes — that is my story as to why my husband is true–the gun story is just a gentle reminder (lol)
