Looks like you walked up! A few years ago they (park officials) were talking about closing the trail because of danger but it doesn’t look like they did.

Yup, I braved my fears and made it to Scout’s Landing. It was pretty scary and then was even a small rock fall that happened just as we passed by a turn. Amazing, tho.
