I had no idea you could grow these (except the onions) , so easily. FYI, that is a STALK of celery; each one of the skinny parts is a RIB…but when anyone says ‘stalk’ most people picture a rib, right?
I compost my veggie scraps.I have very rich soil in one far corner of the yard that can be moved.My son took a great deal of it two years ago for his garden.
I do’t want to complain, but life has just thrown me another curve, physically. ButI am feeling better than I was; I have good care. Enjoy every minute!
I had no idea you could grow all of these veggies like this! & It looks like I don’t even need a green thumb! I’m going to try these and pass them on. My daughter does have a pineapple growing on her balcony from the same technique though.
ginger is the one that can grow the easiest according to my personal experience, a tough root !

I had to share that cos I didn’t know it either! I hate waste, so now I can recycle that stuff too! Hope you are doing OK!
