To The Moon

July’s full moon occurs this weekend. We’re also in the midst of a Mercury retrograde, so at this point, if I can’t fly to the moon, I’ll try to climb a ladder.

Not as weird an idea as you may think. At least a few sci fi writers have speculated on really tall ladder so ships can easily take off without dealing with so much atmosphere.
